This Week's Challenge

3 Honest, Honorable compliments to people you don't see/interact with regularly.

  1. I enjoyed this challenge so much!!! I give compliments out a lot to people that I see all of the time (for example my students, my collaborating teacher, and so on) so I decided to step out of the box. So here are my compliments!

    1. My TurboKick instructor- I gave her a compliment on the first day of class letting her know that I have never had a workout instructor who has as much intensity and passion as she did! She said that is the nicest thing that someone has ever said to her!

    2. Last week I gave a compliment to a kid in the hallway at school that I did not know. I see him all the time but I did not know his name. So I introduced myself and asked him his name and then told him that I enjoy seeing him every morning because he always has a smile on his face! He told me that from now on he is going to say: "Hi Ms. Gregory!" whenever he sees me! So I happened to make a new friend.

    3. My last compliment that I gave was to one of the assistant principals at the school that I am working at. I usually do not see him but he asked me the other day how my resume was coming along and he offered to look over it for me. So I let him and thanked him for being there for me and for thinking of me! He said that he is always looking out for interns who do a good job. So I complimented him, but he also complimented me in a way.

Can't wait to hear from all of you how your compliment challenges went this past week!
